BUILDING FUTURES INNOVATION ACADEMY
SOMETHING BIG IS BEING BUILT FOR GIRLS.
OPENING JANUARY 2027
WHAT GIRLS WILL EXPLORE
At Building Futures Innovation Academy, learning happens by doing. Girls will explore real-world career pathways through hands-on projects that challenge them to design, create, build, solve problems, and discover what they are capable of.
ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN
Girls turn ideas into real designs while exploring architecture, space planning, 3D modeling, and the design process.
SKILLED TRADES + CONSTRUCTION
Girls gain hands-on exposure to construction and skilled trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tools, materials, and how buildings come together.
PROTOTYPING + FABRICATION
Girls bring their ideas to life through hands-on making, prototyping, fabrication, and building—learning how a concept moves from design to something real.
TECHNOLOGY + AI
Girls explore emerging technology and artificial intelligence through hands-on projects that build digital skills, creativity, and problem-solving.
ENGINEERING + INNOVATION
Girls use engineering principles, creative thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to design, test, build, and improve real-world projects.
COLLABORATION + LEADERSHIP
Girls build confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while collaborating on projects and presenting their ideas.
HOW THE ACADEMY WORKS
Building Futures Innovation Academy is designed to meet girls where they are and grow with them. Students learn through hands-on experiences, real-world projects, industry exposure, and collaboration—building skills and confidence as they explore future possibilities.
HANDS-ON LEARNING
Girls learn by doing through projects, challenges, tools, technology, and real-world experiences—not just by sitting in a classroom.
INDUSTRY EXPOSURE
Girls connect what they are learning to real career pathways through exposure to industry professionals, workplaces, and the many opportunities available in STEAAM fields.
REAL -WORLD PROJECTS
Girls apply what they learn to meaningful projects that connect design, technology, engineering, construction, and problem-solving to the real world.
COLLABORATION + LEADERSHIP
Girls strengthen communication, teamwork, confidence, and leadership as they collaborate, solve problems, and present their ideas.
BUILT FOR THEIR FUTURE
The future of work is changing, and girls deserve more than a seat at the table. They deserve the confidence, skills, and opportunities to help build what's next.
At Building Futures Innovation Academy, we're introducing girls ages 5–18 to real-world industries through hands-on learning, creative exploration, and meaningful connections to career pathways they may never have imagined.
YOU CAN'T BE WHAT YOU CAN'T SEE.
Exposure changes possibilities. When a girl picks up a tool, designs her first structure, explores artificial intelligence, or works alongside an industry professional, she begins to see her potential differently.
We're not just introducing girls to new skills. We're helping them discover their strengths, develop confidence, and believe in what they can accomplish.
Because the future isn't just something girls should prepare for. It's something they can help build.
